turboXS RFL bov

i heard it stand for " really ****ing loud "

my brother has the normal turboxs rl bov and its pretty loud on his wrx , does anyone have this bov? how does it sound...... sound clips by any chance?

I had one on my VR-4. It IS really ****ing loud. I was able to scare people on walking on the sidewalk with it.

It was pretty loud and fun
you can basicly scare any pedestrian on the street

My buddy has it on his 2g eclipse... and yes... it's real f'n loud... I never heard one on a car making 19'ish psi of boost though... must be insane...

on a side note... Turbo Smart has a valve with 2 trumpets on it... haha... wonder what that sounds like...

It's not for everyone... since it IS so loud. But, it is a lot of fun. I liked it, and if I was going to a VTA BOV, I would highly consider buying another.

I havent had a good experience with txs bov's. Getting them tuned just right is hard on most cars and you can still expect compressor surge. And of course you really shouldnt get a bov unless you have switched from mass air to speed density, but if you want the swoosh sound then its up to you.
