I'm pulling a plug and wire and grounding out the plug to the head or elsewhere. I checked that fuse becasue i had the same issue happen with my car but his fuses seem to be fine. I checked the rest of the fuses as well.

If you are getting fuel and no spark it is either your Cam Angle Sensor or Crank Angle Sensor. The lack of spark is what happens when they don't sync. Maybe you clipped your crank angle sensor on the install or its loose. I'd say 75% of the time it is one of the two when you get that symptom.

Sorry for not updating for awhile, i recently went home on leave. We took the car to 3Dmotorsports in Council Bluffs. The car has a bad pin coming out of the ECU. Pin 40 is shot and is giving no readings when tested. Chad at 3D grounded the car out to the intake manifold and the car starts flawlessly, however, the minute it comes off it still has the same issue. Thanks for all the help!
