Bought the car with 7k miles on it, now has 43k on it. Always had that damn slight grinding feel from 2nd to 3rd unless I put a little finesse to it, but sometimes I forget and it will grind like the gears are lashing a bit. It's weird, but I've learned to live with it. Have adjusted clutch several times and swapped fluid. No change.
