I got a brand new DNA 2 core full aluminum from a guy who was hurting for cash for like $90. I love it. Nice and cool temps, no leaks, seems to do great. I can't see that it is any less of a good unit as the $500 stuff. I've been around highly built cars with all that stuff on it and hey, it looks about the sames. I leak tested mine BEFORE it went in the car, and looked at all my welds. Looked like a robot welded it.... same technology as the top guys.

Get a new oem one that's your best be
Cus later on down the road if you willing to go with a t3 kit half of the aftermarket radiators could be a issue for the Clarence Plus the oem weights less then other ones

Oem radiator+ slim fan your good to go!!!

I would just keep your eyes open for someone selling a used oem radiator in good condition. That's the cheapest route, if you wanted new I recommend an oem.

I ran a mishimoto for about a year before it started leaking from the core with no visual signs of damage. I went with a koyo and haven't had a problem since. From my experience, I will not trust mishimoto again

My vote goes to Koyo for an off the shelf brand. I also like the ones that CBRD makes. I ended up just going with a Koyo as i got a good price on it.

140k on my first stock Rad. $20 for a low millage OEM replacement works for me.

Never had a cooling issue that would require a large AL Rad. An all AL rad would have leaked just the same as my stock unit seeing as how something pierced it

A word of warning to Koyo buyers. When I had my RX7 I decided a top of the line Koyo N-flo would be a great upgrade. 6 months later it failed catastrophically. Split down the side, dumped all my coolant and my motor blew. This on a 5 mile drive to a friends house. When I contacted Koyo they basically told me to go F myself, as it's a race part. Never again.....
