No Boost

Just rebuilt my motor and have no boost... Can someone give me a check list of things to check...I have absolutely no boost what so ever

did you reinstall the turbo?....lol just kidding but is the car able to idle? and have you did a boost leak test?

Found the issue...intercooler coupling
