Home Depot front lip

Want to make or find a lip like featured in this Pic. Anyone know the owner? Is it just home depot garden lineing riveted on? I know alot 240 owners do this?

Kinda looks like it I think I read someone doing one like that on here before. It's a cheap easy way to make a front lip if that's what your doing for aero. Give it a try. Shouldn't cost much to do.
