Long term effects of using C-16?
Will using C-16 cause issues with your car after using it for a period of time? I know its a leaded fuel, so im thinking 02 sensor issues?

Carbon, really? Id expect it to burn much cleaner the regular gasoline
Im not talking like daily drive the car on c-16 use, but to run a few tanks through it a year, would sensors be going bad that quick?

Yeah being it is leaded gas, and the fact it still high octane fuel. But if your running it once and a while for track day, yeah shouldn't have any problems as long as you have another fuel your using. I kinda thought you were talking about track days and all but I had to make a funny. It is great fuel but if your switching from say e85 to that theres not gonna be much of a difference.

Im planning on running a 93 octane map, then either a c16 or c85 alt map.
Id personally rather do c16, yea its more money, but if id go through 25gal a year, id be surprised.... Well thats what i say now.lol. Ill be able to make more power on this, i was just wondering what kind of side effects come with a leaded racing fuel. If it was gonna be too much hassle, thats when i would of just used c85

Yea im thinking c85 will be better in the long run for my motor and wallet. C16 is a pretty dated fuel choice also, q16 basically was made to replace it, but i cant run oxygenated fuels on my ID2000s
Looks like i can get c85 for $470 for 54 gallons, not bad at all
