Front bumper sag recommendation.
I know a lot of people deal with the front bumper sag and there will be multiple solutions so do not take mine as an end to all sag!
I run a cusco front brace bar so if you are running a front crash beam your method will have to be a little different.
The main concern is all the same.
On the cusco front brace bar there is a no support directly underneath the headlights, look at your front bumper and you will notice a metal piece support and a rivet, atleast that's what it looks like from diagrams posted in other threads.
In my case, the cusco front brace has an available hole directly under the headlight and below the metal piece on the bumper. I utilized 2 rubber grommets, 2-3 washers and a wood screw (which can be replaced with any screw long enough and fits your grommets).
Test fit how much space you have (I will have to measure later today as I literally just finished blacking out my headlights and doing the front bumper fix 1:40am). I believe it's around 1.5", in my case.
The main thing to look for is supporting that metal brace under the headlight on the front bumper and you will be golden! I would not jump on the fender kit train on mitsubishiparts.net unless you see the gap being caused by the fender area near the wheel well.
Here is the before shot.
I will have pictures of the perky front tomorrow morning!

Thanks. I know a lot of people are dealing with the same thing so I would recommend concentrating on that area as that is the main reason that area would sag.

That as well as look at the difference between the hood and where the front bumper meet on the side of the headlight towards the opening. It lifted it a good .25-.5"
I don't know about you but I like my girls "tight" and not saggy or loose! ha

I used a rubber grommet/cylinder in shape for better length.
You can use any available screw that will fit appropriately.
What the rubber grommet looks like:
You have to use your head and test fit to see how much space you have left to fill using washers. You want the rubber grommet to support the bumper up and hold it in place.
I have been pretty busy so I haven't had the time to remove front bumper and do everything. I'm watching the game at this point so I wont be heading out to my car anytime soon.
Note: I was originally going to go with a metal bracket but after I took my front end off again. I saw that the cusco bar had an available hole that was directly under the headlight. I also figured this rubber grommet will be better for the bumper in terms of not causing scratches etc.
I will probably make a version 2 of this adding a metal piece, think of a ruler cut in half then use the rubber spray to add some "softness" to reduce risk of scratching. I don't have the front crashbeam so if anyone has pictures of your stock front end. Please post so I can come up with ideas.
