Troubleshoot Help

Car: '06 IX MR
Mods: Full bolt-ons E85 (3 years) + Exedy Twin (Rebuilt once)
Symptoms:

2-weeks ago: Wandering Idle. Replaced spark plugs and did an oil change.
Last week: Car barely idled, had to rev at lights to keep from dying. No issues rest of week.
Today: Car sounded like a helicopter in the morning (think Subaru engine) and barely ran. After work ran like there was nothing wrong.

Ideas? Thinking it may be transmission related. Or electrical? (Right HID turns off after a few minutes, but assumed ballast was going and will replace with bulbs)

Tinfoil theories: My car hates Mondays, this only happens when I'm low on gas, or after I drive the **** out of her and park for a day+.

Yeah I called my tuner - but he's busy these days. Nobody wants to troubleshoot.

Maybe all these years of E85 has finally caused an issue.

Transmission problems don't come and go and they don't affect the idle.
