It will definitely increase your hp some (after a tune) and if your modding your car anymore in the future it's basically a requirement and yeah fuel pumps usually whine that's probably nothing bad. The walbro whines louder actually if I recall. (havent had my stock one in awhile)

A little update guys, took the car back to my tuner and he said it is a missfire for sure, I told him when I checked the plugs try we're gapped a .026 and he told me they should be at .022, so when I got home I re gapped all the plugs and come to find out some of the plus were gapped as high as .031! Regapped al of them down to .022 and so far so good, no hesitation or stuttering. Went to the track today so the car sat in the parking lot for a good 5 hours, when I went to leave I let the car warm up and did a wot pull as soon as I got out of the lot and was as smooth as a baby's bottom! So hopefully the gap was the issue!
