Misfire on cylinder 1 and 3 no injectors?

Misfire on cylinder 1 and 3 no injectors?
Hey everyone I've been chasing a misfire and found today that my cylinder 1 and 3 injectors aren't firing. What could be causing this? Is it possible it's Ecu controlled or am I over looking a relay possibly? Injectors work when swapped.

Ok here is where I am on it. Just spent a little time on it.
I have spark, pulled wires on 1 and 3 and ran it. When I disconnect injector 1 or 3 whiles its running nothing changes, but ok cylinder 2 and 4 it'll wanna stall out. I actually just tested injectors plugs with a light. I have injector pulse on all cylinders and spark on all cylinders. So now my injector theory is out the window.
Timing is dead on. Checked and rechecked. Cam angle sensor isn't 180 degrees off.
The car has 780 injectors and hks 272 cams. Tuned for it.
