Looking into buying a nrg harness bar for my evo9 and was wondering how they fit since they are universal???

I have an AMS harness bar. They mount up to the factory seatbelt mounts. Just curious is this for street driving or track use?

 

Being in montana there isn't to many tracks/events to go to but I do plan on some track days. That being said many for street. I tried looking on ams site awhile back to see if they had and never found one just cages. I'll have to get a hold of them to see. How do you like your ams?
