With out hearing it could be an array of things like bearings, tires being properly balanced... etc...

I had problems with alignment at only 3500 miles.
Dealer did alignment, problems did not go away.
Private shop laser straight.
You could have bent tie rid, bad wheel bearing,cv joint.
I love these evos but they are like a high maintaining balance.
Sounds like you need a lift, stock wheels are forged doubt you did anything to them.
Good luck with your repair, bites your having thus after putting new rubber.

Okay so I had the car aligned yesterday. -1.45 deg camber all around. Tech said that the bearings are good as there is no inward or outward movement of the wheel. Re-balanced all wheels again and checked for cupping. Car drove flawlessly on the street.

Headed out to the freeway after and the same thing started happening again above 65 mph.

At this point IDK what to check for.

You could possibly have a bent wheel(s)....Not all wheel balancing machines will pick up on a slightly bent wheel. I know this from experience. Once my wheels were balanced on a high speed balancing machine, it showed it's ugly head. Bought a used wheel and problem solved.

I also read somewhere else it could be your front axle(s) are bent....I can't expand on this though...Hopefully someone else can for me/you.

Just a couple of options to consider during this trek of yours!!

GL!!

MOD is on Saturday, after that i'll try more invasive inspection. How can I check if my axles are bent?

I will also try to swap wheels with someone for a little bit and see if that fixes it. The problem is finding someone who is willing to do that with me just to test it.
