Gauge cluster problem AGAIN!!!

So I changed my fuses for the cluster because it was blown. But every time I turn on my head lights , the cluster lights will dim down slowly until its pitch black. Any idea?
Thanks for any comments.

Double check that it isn't the headlights but rather the marker light position that causes this. There is no relation between the headlights and the cluster illumination.

Once confirmed, check all of your lights (tail lights, fender signals, front signals, tag lights) for moisture entry or filament damage, corrosion etc. You are more likely to find a short in the marker lights than you are in the cluster/dash and this will blow your illumination.
