I would work on your 60fts a little bit and improve shifting. With the power level you say you are at, I see no problem this car going 12s or better. A little more seat time and you will be fine.
For reference, on my WW EVO 9 I went 11.59@116mph. It has a FMIC, AMS LICP, Full Turbo back exhaust, JMF 3" Intake, FIC 1150cc Injectors, and an Aeromotive 340 fuel pump tuned on E85. It made 357whp/359TQ on Boostin Performance's Mustang Dyno. Went to the track and ran a best of 11.59 @ 116mph. This is a full weight EVO 9 RS. Just showing you this for a reference

At what RPM are you shifting at in each gear? Another mistake is winding each gear out too long. Even with those HKS cams (which aren't too aggressive anyway), you don't need to wind your car out. The stock turbos start lose power earlier one - shift sooner when you're still making good power.
