replacement rain guards

anyone know where/who to contact for these? I bought them off a pretty popular seller on ebay ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/MITSUBISHI-EVO-8-4DR-2003-2006-WINDOW-RAIN-GUARD-VISOR-/200565597797?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb2a42665 ).

driving down I275, heard a clack clack clack, looked back, and the drivers rear guard flew off, it was winter, so it got trampled and shattered. Contacted the seller to buy a replacement, he responded once, and never again.

im assuming these still use 3m tape, if not, then thats a good deal. but ive had the other on since last september and they are all perfectly fine minus 1, think maybe i didnt clean the surface well enough on the drivers rear frame.

The OE window visors have tape and 2 clips per visor that clamp into the window frames. there's no way in hell they would come out without some massive force applied to them
