Turbo or Bov Flutter
Trying to figure out whats going on I read people say its normal for a bigger turbo some people say its an issue.
I orignally had a 9 turbo and everything sounded good
switched to the Kinugawa 25G turbo and now I get a fluter noise each time. My bov is installed correctly I made sure of it.
need some help or advice
I have an evo 9 bov crushed at 26psi , it happened before I crushed it at 23psi

It's called compressor surge..
Just because you crush a 9 Dv to make it hold more boost doesn't mean it's designed to do so.. Since the spring is further compressed, the valve doesn't have enough force to open all the way during part throttle. Since you switched to a higher flowing turbo, the increased air on top of what the valve can move is backing up into the turbo making the sound. You should start by buying a proper valve.
