Did this just start one day or did you do a timing belt change or did someone else do some work lately? Recent cam install?? Oil level check out OK?

More info is needed to help you out....

sounds like the cams or the cam gears, like the guy above asked, was work done recently to the cams or possible a belt change?

yep had new cam's put in kelford 272. timing belt changed. it started small. was a oil leak in the lower timing belt area. took of the top cover to find my brand new belt was frayed in spots and this noise got so bad and loud i had to pull it over and get a tow. i'm just wondering what it could be so i know what to expect . dont know if it skipped timing but there was oil on the belt pretty bad

I appreciate all of your guy's feedback. i'm very saddened i think God is Punishing me

I would start by pulling your timing cover, line up all your timing marks and see if it all looks right... I really hope for your sake that you didn't jump timing bad.

if the belt was frayed on top of the noise i would say in the timing cover... like you crank trigger is bent or the belt tension is so high its burnt the idler pulley bearings

If you just had it done, I'd be on the phone with the shop that did it very quickly.

Good luck, man. That's not a fun situation.

sounds like an over tightened belt + fried pulley bearings to me, but hard to tell from the video.

At :05-:06 that is for sure a cricket.
