Pics of the EVO 8 in Las Vegas

Looks like the front facia is ugly.
But then again I guess that is what it takes to comply with crash test std, and stuff.
Hmm, start saving money to replace the front facia with the true Evo 7 facia.

Taste on the exterior is very subjective, however, as long as they deliver the goods, I think it's fine.
BTW, there's nothing an aftermarket bumper can't fix

werd to that...taste on the exterior IS subjective...
I for one like it a lot. And regardless....I'm a function over form guy...even if it DID look like the aztec (which it doesn't), as long it came with the Evo, performance...I'll have zero issues beatin the crap outta you 2 on the track

I bet there will be an evoVII style front that comes out right away with the release of the VIII. It seems everyone loves the performance but just have a prob. with the front grill.....BTW see how the hood differs from the Lancer in that the center piece isn't attached...ala EVO style? Believe me aftermarket on the bumper will come fast...

The Evo seems to keep getting downgraded as far as aggressive looks go. They built up the aggression to the V and since then has become more tame ever since. It does fit into the rest of the Mitsu line quite nicely though. It just lacks the curvy profile the IV had or the hardlined profile the V and VI had and seems to almost be harkening back to the III.

I think the front grille looks nice. It reminds me of a 1st gen eclipse front and yes it does look similiar to a holden. It looks niec though, really cant say its ugly. The only diff is its rounded and that little connection piece...oh well, like others said, if you aren't happy with it, replace it.

I like the style of the 8, i like the 7 better, but the 8 is close to it, but i think it could use some aggressiveness on the front, but hey thats what aftermarket is for! all in all, i agree with everybody, as long as all the goodies we want are on it, at the reasonable price, i think whoever is hard core about the car, will buy it!
