boost leak

boost leak
got an evo 9 mr
im only boosting 1bar(14.5psi) then tapers down to .8bar
thought that stock should boost to 1.4bar(20psi) then tapers down to 1.2 bar(17psi)
so i built a boost leak tester and seems like i had three problems
somehow one intercooler pipe got bent but still holds boost
leak in the wastegate hose to the solenoid from the three way tee fitting (fixed)
leaking air in two fuel injector seals
i fixed the wastegate hose and tighten the intercooler pipe no leak
is a possibility the two main seals still cause low boost?
any store besides dealer where i can get fuel injector seals.

As far as the intercooler pipe goes, is it the lower, or upper? Regardless, there are aftermarket versions available for both - and will be an improvement over the OEM piece anyway, not to mention, they won't be bent.

wonder how it got like that???????????

There are a couple companies that sell better-flowing UICP you could purchase. You can also check Ebay - there are knock offs floating around. Don't get sucked into buying a popular name brand pipe like ARC or anything.
As far as the actual bend, I'm guessing the previous owner ran something over or got hung up on a curb. It's possible someone went crazy tightening a hose clamp and actually collapsed the pipe.

im mad how i fix one leak then i hear another one...
this one is somewhere behind the intake manifold.... i found a leak on one of the vacuum hose that goes to throttle body lower nipple and theres another leak behind where there is 3 way tee fitting in the back which is so hard to get to. im going to have to take off the intake manifold and pressure test all vacuum hosees or buy new ones.
gonna have to use zip tie and make hose longer so next time it's easier to get to.

i finally fixed the back vacuum hose by getting a smaller hose so it will snug fit the nipple and tee fitting.
one last sound i keep hearing is air in the valve cover or intake manifold.. does my engine needs to be at TDC to close up all the valves. or is this normal?

so i found the problem which is the throttle body shaft seal....
i sprayed water/soap at it but i dont see any bubbles but if i press on the spring the air changes so its def the throttle body shaft seal
orderd a STM kit and hopefully i can install it too

UPDATE: so i installed the throttle body shaft seals and the leaks are gone now but
im still boosting the same. the car is fast though so im gonna get another boost gauge and see if thats the problem or not.

ive tested by taking one restrictor out near the solenoid and it has boost up to 20psi and tapers down to 17psi which is normal readings.
but ive hear the restrictors are suppose to be there unless you are doing a MBC
