EVO9 fq340 450hp?

I'm thinking of buying an EVO9 fq340 with these upgrades:

fuel pump sard
exhaust greddy
turbo timer greddy
boost control greddy
lip pipe and down pipe tomei
extenal tial
turbo hks
remapping
intercooler mishimoto
intercooler pipes hks
turbo valve hks

The guy claims that it's about 450hp.
Is this possible with these upgrades and is it safe? I mean I won't buy it and the next day the engine will blow up in my face or have other major breakdowns?
Thanks

Ask him for a dyno sheet of the car and to preform a compression test on it before the purchase

Ok, I will, thanks.
But do u think this could be done with your experience (I know very little about Evo's and what these upgrades could really do).

It's possible on e85 fuel. If he's making 450 on the stock turbo he's been pushing it pretty hard though. Like others have said ask for a dyno sheet and have it checked out! Good luck, hope it works out.

e85?
Here in Cyprus we got only 95 octane and 98 octane. I suppose all Evo owners use 98 octane..

Is that horsepower at the crank, because that is what it sounds like. Not awhp. Definitely do a compression test.

you wrote that the car has hks turbo,

which one?

here in greece setups like this (GTII KAI turbo,2 bar)
can easily reach 500hp (crank not wheel).

Michael.
