70/80 mph vibration plus brake vibration need help

Ok so I am loosing my mind I get a very slight vibration around 80mph at 100 it stops but when I apply brakes from 100mph to 60mph I get vibrations

I have coliovers and a drop street kit frome white line

Aligment -2.5 front camber
-1.25 rear camber
0 toe front and rear
30psi front
32psi rear

Just got new rotors from dba and that didn't fix it
I work at a tire shop so my wheels are extremely well balanced

I'm running out of things to check / fix

Was thinkin it might be my axle binding up but y would it only do it at high speeds
Any help or ideas would be nice

Everything feels great below 60

I've had the same problem except for the pulsing brakes. I've been thinking of getting a road force balance. What kind of balance did you do. Is your machine a Hunter? Has it been calibrated lately?

If youre running a -2.5 camber than rotate the wheels, inside tread of the front ones might be eaten up

Does it feel like the wheel is moving back and for when you apply the brakes? I had something similar in that speed range when applying the brakes. Turned out to be bad tie rod ends and the ball joint on the lca's. I think you said yours had a good amount of mileage last time we talked and I would check there. I was at a tad over 100k on mine when they began to fail.

Any chance you have a slightly bent rim? I'm battling the same thing and when I took my tires in to have the balance checked, they said my rear rim was "bent".

I have one very very slightly out of round rim buy its on my back right so I don't think I would feel it in my wheel

It almost feels like the wheel comes loose as if the lug nuts back fo just a lil bit and the wheel vibrates side to side then when I let off it feels like everything snugs back up

I check the torque 24/7 so I know their not loose

Two things
1) do you use/need centering rings for the rims?
2) many years ago, I had a similar issue, one of the fixes was never torquing above 90.

1 I have hub centric wheel spacers with hub centric rings in the wheels

2 I will try to back to torque down to 80 lbs and see if that makes a diff

Will warpped bakes cause a vibration even if ur not applying the brakes?

I don't believe they should. However, during one of the times when my evo had vibration issues a number of techs said it is possible.

The other potential cause could be a wheel bearing beginning to go bad. So far, every time I've had symptoms like you discussed it turned out to be one of:
A) balance
B) slightly bent rims
C) brake rotors
D) wheel bearings

Just got a rebalance and the vibration is less. Turns out the other shop didn't remove the previous balance weights that where taped to the inner wheel. Also my fronts are cupped really bad and moved them to the rear. Seems to ride smoother now.

Our cars are tough on tires. My fronts cupped up in 10k miles. I do brake heavy so I may try a another tire that can hold up better. Currently running Dunlop Signature Sports that are all season. May try Kuhmo or go back to Yokohama.
