Can anyone tell me if this is an EVO 9 or not?

I wondering to get a EVO 9 in China.
I found one on Internet. But the tail light confuse me.

Pretty sure its a 9. tail lights look like its from an evo 8, everything else represents a 9. Missing sideskirts and very dirty interior raises a few flags. Maybe its been in an accident although it says "no major accidents?

It has 8 tail lights and a 9 steering wheel. Makes it a little hard to tell

The website says its a 2008, which is wrong and super weird. The car looks pretty used and destroyed on the inside. I wouldn't buy it. Look for something else man. Car could have been wracked and owner probably found cheap evo 8 tail lights..

I translated the page and they do have it advertised as a 9, yet is says 2008, so.. yea

The didn't say anything about accident. This car is cost around 40k USD.
Some sell EVO X, but dealers say it's Evo IX.
Most of Chinese EVO IX interior is same as this one.

Most cars in China are 2-3 times what they cost in the US.
