How many miles on car? Have you checked anything? Is the car not responding to steering inputs or just not giving you good feedback?

Check your struts/shocks to see if any of them are blown. Check your sway bar end links and check for trashed bushings on mounting points.

I would say check for unusual play in wheels.
Could be a broken or bad inner or outter tie rod

Check your tire pressure first.

Go to the showroom and see what is on a new Evo X. Then go buy that tire.
