Just making sure cruising and idle is hovering around 14.7.

I personally didn't, My cruise is at around 14.7 - 15

I've driven 6k miles on my kelfords without a tune. Not to say that its a good idea but you should be good for a bit. I always keep an eye on my a/f

nice i installed my wideband waiting on my no tick lifters with my timing belt to install

Make sure to make sure you oil pump sprocket is in phase and in time too man. I wish you were closer I have all the special tools for this job I could let you use.

I think it common sense to get it tuned im just trying to get it to my garage until i can get it tuned or drive it to the tuner
