Loosing coolant

Been noticing that I'm losing coolant slowly recently. I just had my head gasket replaced and had a new inter cooler and radiator installed. Haven't found any external leaks.
Any ideas?

Start simple, look for leaks around hoses and the piping around the back of the engine, the water pump it attaches too, turbo lines, heater core, radiator cap, and overflow tank for cracks. If you still don't find the source check the oil for white sludge and then do a leak down test.

White smoke from exhaust? If yes, boo to whoever did the gasket. It's leaking.

If it's losing it slowly he may never see a leak. Also, if it's a minor blow on the new HG, he won't see white smoke. I put probably 10k on my old VIII trying to figure out where my coolant was slowly going before finally identifying a popped HG. And in all honesty, if it is blown again already? Look at your injectors, if one is bad you can definitely blow a new gasket.

It's an easy job, the whole thing is square peg, square hole. It'll take a couple days, that's the only downside. Just do it yourself and save some money.

Yep just starting ripping mine apart since my hg decided to give out over the weekend. Its been a while since I did it last so just curious, does the thermostat housing need to be separated from the head or can they come out together?

I feel like I am forgetting a lot of things but its just basically remove the EM IM timing belt and the heads comes right out, correct? What are the little things that need to be removed that I am forgetting?

Anyone have a part number for the heater core hose? I think mine is starting to leak near the thermostat side. I noticed some green fluid when I pipped hood today

Thnx!
