These pumps deal with hot fuel better than all the others, and they are turbine pumps so they are quiet, unlike the old Walbro 255.
For e-85 the walbro pumps work well. On pump gas the 255 isnt a very good pump there are much better alternatives the reason why is walbro 255's fall on there face under boost. Why do people keep buying these 255's? I recently learned about the aeromotive stealth pump which outflows the 255 by 50% under boost. The 262 wont beat the aeromotive 340 on pump gas either.

That's because they dropped the evo 8/9 line and started money chasing after bigger and better things and more expensive vehicles.

That doesn't seem right. They have fixed the issues with the hanger just recently. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ve...nt-issues.html

Back when I was posting about it, I had been on the waiting list for this unit for quite some time. I talked to them and was finally told that the evo stuff was on the back burner as they were concentrating on other markets. I ended up just building my own dp.

Anybody with higher horsepower setups on ethanol using this fuel setup? Curious to see what it can support on ethanol. I currently made 600hp on pump gas 93 with this hanger setup. Just want to see what other people are doing.

Same here...fuel pressure looks great but that's 93 octane. My tuner is suggesting I will have fuel issues once I switch to ethanol. This might very well be true so I figure I would just see what kind of power other people are seeing with this setup. I'm hoping to see 825-850 peak hp out of my 2.2 T/S 6466 setup.

Do you have a fuel pressure log? My logs for fuel pressure are perfect no dips, no spikes, just spot on fuel pressure. When I was running 42psi about 780whp no dyno or vdr to back the numbers, again I did not have any fuel pressure issues.

I am running a base fuel pressure of 60psi so at 42psi I was at a total of 102psi fuel pressure. I would see 98-105psi fuel pressure.

I am running -6 fuel line for supply and return, skunk 2 composite fuel rail and aeromotive fpr.

With out data to back up the claims they are full of ****.
