It does look bad, it's missing pretty much everything important.
Did you read the list?
To fix this car with parts you'd need to spend at least $10k. And that's on the cheap side.
Looking better at the car it actually looks like someone picked it up from the dealer lot - rear plastic and warrning still stuck in the glove box compartment.

It looks like it could have been done at a dealership, or was like first day bought, as the plastic is still in the back.

the engine block is still good, so the car should be sold for at least $5000++ lots of other good oem parts, transmission, etc etc
