I wasn't saying you couldn't overrun stock injectors with a stock turbo. With his only mod being a TBE he should be fine. I've taken my stock injectors to my max comfort level with my current mods, which is why I'm tapering my boost from 23 to 18 at redline. I do have a set of PTE 880s waiting to go in so I can add my tubular exhaust manifold, cams, and try to squeeze more boost in up top.
