How much is my Evo ix MR RR?

Don't really know much about these car. Just got one from a friend because he owed me money. Want to sell it to get my money back but don't know how much it's worth. Can anyone give me an estimate of how much I should put it up for?

The car is a 06 MR RR 6SPD . Car Starts up and everything but not drivable because the tranny is locked in 5th gear. It Does hold a salvage title. Has 48,xxx miles on original motor. According to my friend, the car is stock except for the BOV, Intake Filter, Exhaust system, and boost controller. It has minor issues such as the paint chipping on the rear bumper and the rear right window being cracked.

I will include pictures once I get home. Thanks!

From what I've seen salvage title cars running will bring around $10k to $12k. Yours is in bad condition from the sound of it compared to those. So I agree with the above you won't get much.

Thats crazy... A clean RR evo MR with 48k will bring in at least 23k. Yours being Salvaged if fixed up can bring in about 14.5k.

you could deff get at least 10k a little less if your trying for a quick sale. Better question is what did your friend owe you?

I'd agree

General rules are salvaged titles are worth ~1/2 of what it is fixed up without salvage

So you're looking $10-12k

7 year old car, Salvage title, and does not drive.

You'd be lucky to get 10k

8k is more likely, I'd say you got your money back at least

swap out the transmission for a new one and you'll be happy that you did. definitely don't sell it once it's fixed if that is really the only issue it has. like you posted before, you already won, so might as well make the most of it!
