Acceleration Problems
hey guys I have a 92 GSR have just changed the oil in it have been told that the turbo in it was upgraded from its standard turbo to a TDO5 20g has been having problems at the moment have just done a oil and filter change on the car soon as I took car for a drive it had acceleration problems, car wants to accelerate but car finds it hard and pushes heaps of smoke out the back end of car

real fan of EVO's as I have this and a evo 7 which runs so superb but would like advice to fix this car before I start pulling it apart

Could beyour turbo seals m8. Have any idea how many kms its done on that turbo?
Compression test could be good idea to. Could be getting bit tired in the rings.

Do a boost leak test first before you start condemning parts. You can also pull your hot side pipe off the turbo and check to see if you can spin the compressor wheel freely, if not turbo is done. By the way, if you bump into my mother-in-law over there, kick 'er in the butt for me!
