I'll to check it, even try to replace it and then I'll update the post with the result.

I replaced rhe speedometer sensor = Negative result
I replaced the connector = Negative result.
Finally I discovered the cause; there is an interconnection right beside the thermostat
that was not cliped securely (cause
unknown), when I clipped it back like it should be the car was ok even the intermitent P0710 disapeared also.

Thanks for getting back to us concerning the fix. Too many times, when some strange problem appears on the forum, the OP never reports the cure. So, no help to the next person who encounters the same problem. Good work.

Check your grounds in the engine bay.

Just saw your response. That clip is a real problem, that spot usually has a bad ground also which causes all kinds of stupid issues.
