Ignition Coil

You are better off getting a used Mitsubishi coil than one of those.
It isn't a matter of whether you daily drive it or not, the quality is poor. You can get lucky, but in general they last 6 months at best. What is more fun, they like to internally short. If you are unfamiliar with what happens when the hot side of a coil bridges to the transistor input, it burns out the driver in the ecu.
I change ecus monthly for this, and it is always a discount auto/autozone/etc brand (Dorman, Standard, OEM "Brand", etc).
As an FYI, you can put a regular Lancer coil on there with no issue, you just have to change the boots.

I thought there was a difference in ignition coils. I'm getting some denso boots and wire already but not sure how i'm going to get the coil. Any suggestions?

There is a difference. I couldn't tell you what. I can tell you that I have had to swap in N/A 4G dual coils on more than one occasion, including on a guys 400hp car... which he ran for 6 months with no problems.
I'm sure there is a statistical difference, but I couldn't tell you what it is.
Personally... again I would buy a used Mitsu coil if I couldn't afford a new one. The aftermarket ones are gambles on durability and they can damage your ignition drivers if you get unlucky.... something I have never seen happen to a single mitsu coil in ten years.

I picked up a low miles used set of OEM coils for CHEAP on here ($25 bucks...no joke)!!! They fixed my misfire issue and I haven't looked back since (I replaced my OEM ones which had 140K miles on them).
I see them on here anywhere from $40 to $90 (sometimes cheaper!)....keep an eye out for them and negotiate on price if the seller is open to that.
GL!
