It looks pretty clean, and modded. Make sure you can get it smogged if you need to in Hawaii. based on the mods I see in the engine, you wouldn't pass a visual in CA. Without details or specs off all the mods and car its tough to give you good advice. It looks clean in the engine bay, so check for rust underneath, then drive it, and pay close attention to any drivetrain noises, rattles, or bucking. I wouldn't think the engine is an issue at all with those miles, but its usually the drivetrain that can give you the heartburn later for repairs.

If it shifts smooth, and you like the ride (looks lowered) stiffness, then its a good for you. I also don't know prices in Hawaii relative to here, just adjust for the state.

I would also offer the dealer 3-4k less at first. If you know its been there a while. They always have that much in a used sale at least. So find the head room first. You can always go back later.

I'd do a thorough inspection with the car. Visually and driving it. I think that's a tad bit high as well.

Like everyone said, that one is way to high. I got my 06 with 38k miles for 24G. And it was tastefully modded.

If you're in Hawaii I would expect to pay that much.

Way too much money for the car, in my opinion. I have bought 5 of these now, and I have never paid over 22k. The last 06MR I bought had 20k, and was perfect, and never seen rain. I got the car for 22k. I also bought one for 17k with 50k, and another for 16.5k for an Rs with 40k. All were tastefully modded, and needed nothing. For perspective, note this site ...

This.

You guys are forgetting that Hawaii is a cluster of islands, and they're not exactly a stones throw off the coast of the US. Everything is going to be more expensive out there. Comparing it to stateside dealers isn't a fair comparison.

A few of my buddies took their cars with them to Hawaii when they PCS'd and sold them for significantly more than they would have in CONUS. Since it is a dealer you won't be able to haggle him too low

Way too much man. I would pay $18k tops. My brother got an 05 ssl with ~40k on the odo for $15k. This was just last year.

High price but considering the location I assume it's about on point for a dealer. All about how the vehicle checks out though, and what you're going to value it at. Doesn't look too bad though.

hmm, I checked out the dealer's website and they are more of a leasing kind of thing. If you spoke to them about that being the selling price, you should definitely try to haggle them down a little bit. I've passed by there several times but never paid attention until now. I might stop by tomorrow after my classes just to check it out

I got a modded evo ix with 23k miles for 26 g's and its the ssl package so that sounds a little high. Also my evo came with no spoiler as it was taken off, but its growing on me. Looks like this evo your showing us has more mods. Mine came with cams, tbe, intake, head studs, valve springs. From what I can see you have a VTA bov and a maf in the picture? Just hope its running speed density. Upper intercooler pipe, coolant hoses, mini battery/tray, fmic, so assuming it has licp too. See headers in there. Does it have the stock turbo? seems pretty modded.

I like those wheels though and mine came with stock wheels. Yours looks clean in pictures but most cars do look better in pictures for some reason.
