ecu Flash probem

ecu Flash probem
so im trying to connect my 1.3U cable to ECUFLASH and it wont read the ecu, I was able to get a log in EvoScan. but it wont read the ecu with flash.
this is what it says
[08:47:43.375] using metadata XML ID read_evo7 from file C:/Program Files (x86)/OpenECU/EcuFlash/rommetadata/read templates/read_evo7.xml
