Angry Anyone have problem idling when using FULLBLOWN 70mm tb???

I recently install a fb 70mm tb to my ported stock intake manifold. After i got it install, the engine dont stay idle at 800-900rpm like stock. It would just rev up and down between 900-1300 rpm.
Then i thought i need a tune. So even my tuner say that fb tb always that problem idle.
Just wanted to see if anyone have that problem too????
And yes, the fullblown tb is brand new, no crack or and damage on it

And now i have to set my idle at 1500-1800rpm. If an lower then the car just stall out and die.
I just got my car retune and my tuner cant seem to get it to idle.
Are these fb 70mm tb have problems??!?!?!?!

I read another threat that someone else have the same type of problems.

In the morning when i first crank the engine on, if i dont press the gas pedal down and stay on the gas pedal, then it would idle down and engine turn off.
I have to stay on the gas until the engine temp go up to normal temp. After that, the engine wont stall but the idle still go up and down between 1800-1200rpm.

Every morning is pretty rough. I didnt have this proble when i was using my stock tb.
Can anyone help please?!?!?!?!?!!
