Evo 8 parts - store suggestion

I'm looking around different sites to buy a JDM rear bumper for my evo 8.

I've seen parts on lancershop.com and it looks some what pricey, which is justifyable.
But I've also seen parts being sold on eBay that go for a much cheaper price.

I wanted to know if eBay is a good would be an OKAY place to buy parts?

Any opinions or suggestions for a better place to buy parts?

Also what should I be looking out for in terms of quality and material?

You have to remove the crash beam support for a snazzy bumper? Maybe for a FMIC but but I wouldn't do that for looks.

I also have the depo tails in mine as well, I enjoy them to. cheaper, they look good, and no leaks so far. but if you have to be true jdm that's cool as well
