Alright well I've replaced most of the fuses.. and like I said I've checked them all at least 4 times..

I've run across fuses that are intermittent. The element, instead of blowing, gets a crack in it. And, they keep making these fuses smaller and smaller - hard to see any problem. Two, 10 amp fuses are cheap. That's why I suggested changing them even after your troubleshooting.

I've replaced most of the 10a and a few of the 15a fuses

Yeah, it's the ones in the yellow box. They power the radio, clock and the etacs. It sounds like you've already been there.
