On my second six puck (can't remember sprung/unsprung), first lasted around 18 months, this one is at probably 15 months. Once you get used to it, you can be pretty smooth with it actually. It is grabby, but not undrivably so. I have to deal with traffic all the time as well, no big deal. I'm not sure where my hp/tq is at, but I'm on an FP Green with supporting mods, 26 psi.

If you don't plan on making more that 450ft/lbs (like 80% of Evo owners), then a Comp Stage 2 will be fine for you. We stock and sell the Comp Stage 2 for a reason, which is because it's the best clutch on the market for 80% of Evo owners out there.
