I installed my new FP Black and im having a vacuum problem

the car will idle on inital start up but once it moves it drops to ~200 rpms and sometimes dies, sometimes saves itself if i dont rev it up, if i do rev it up it just contines to drop to 200 rpms and do it all over again, my boost gague used to read ~-12 to -14 at idle. now when im comming to a stop it reads -20 to -22

since i only touched 3 vacuum lines i took the ones off of the boost controller to see if it changed the idle and nothing changed but i did notice the vacuum line off of the turbo outlet pipe (j-pipe) was blowing air out of it instead of sucking air in like other vacuum lines. also the vacuum line off of the wastegate was neither sucking nor blowing.

any ideas what i could have messed up during the install of the FP Black?
