03 Evo 105000miles for $12995 Should I buy it?
Thinking of getting this evo but not sure. Should I? I think the engine is bone stock. I would appreciate if someone would help me out on this decision.

Price is cheap but you have no details other than you think its stock...
How was it maintained?
Hows the body?
Rust issues?
Anything aftermarket?
How many owners?
Many questions to ask that are un-answered. Best advice is to go look at the car or provide more details.
