I had SO-SlOW for a couple years a few years back. Got alot of laughs and waves. Even use to come out of stores or whatever and there would be people kneeling infront of my car with the plate and taking pictures. Happened atleast 2 dozen times and the exterior was nothing special, the money was under the hood. Black 8 all blacked out.

COPBVIII - Cop Bait (exceeds the 7 character limit for IN plates)
UHVIIIR = You hater
TBAGGER = In my 20's I considered getting this one and telling the DMV I imported tea for a living and then hang some truck nuts under the bumper. It was permitted per my states DMV site.
