That does look good. I wish I could run 265 without headaches. I'll have to stay 255 until I have the money for some wide fenders.

What kind of wheel are you looking at??
Order a set of CE28N 18x9.5+34 and 255/35/18
You can fit this setup with 0 work to fender

I'm just looking at a set of grids. Maybe I can find an 18" with the right offset to fit a 255 with no issues.

If you have the budget go for original TE37 18x9.5+35(Original version of grid)
For ROTA Grid,get a 18x9.5+30 or +38

I'm actually been looking for maybe some used te's I have other stuff that are higher priority right now so budget is tight. Would those wheels fit good on a 255 wheel without issues? I'm assuming I stick to 40 profile?

18x9.5 +38rpf1's with some 275's. I went with 18x9.5+15 with 255/35/18 neova ado8's and it was ALOT of work to get the rears to fit. If i could do it all over again I would definitely have gone with +38 so i could fit wider tires.

How much modification did it take for those 275's

I didn't go with the 275's. If I did it all over again i would have gone with the 275's. +15 offset moves the wheel out 23mm more compared to +38. 275's are 20 mm wider then 255's but would essentially only stick out 10mm more then the 275's which is less than the 23mm difference due to a more aggressive offset. The 13mm difference between running 18x9.5+38 with 275's and 18x9.5+15 with 255's is clearly worth it if you want more tire on the ground. I chose the +15 route and after a ton of work it looks mean as **** but would have definitely preferred more tire on the ground instead. I hope this makes sense

Makes plenty sense. Do you think I'd be able to pull of a 275 without much sweat?

Guys there are a few threads around that illustrate how to run 275's ,but most will tell you to run 285's due to tire height.

275mm is kinda tall & wide
Optimal fitment for EVO should be 9.5" wheel with 265/35/18
OD is exactly same as stock

Nice looking car EVO6GSR! But, I guess that you know that your steering wheel is on the wrong side. JeJeJe.

BTW, what rims are those?

I've made the ''mistake'' of going 18x9.5 +22 in stead of +30 when I just ordered my wheels. But I wanted to go for a more aggressive look with the stock fenders/qtrs at that time, oops. I have the evo dave fender mod but will have to work the qtrs more to fit the rears better. Could someone tell me the pros/cons to running a 255/35/18 to a 255/40/18?
