Harness bar install help

So i searched and the only thing i came up with was the how to harness install thread.

However i am removing the OEM belts entirely and want to remove belt reel. I see on the belt reel there is a wire leading to it. Is there a how to on removal of it and how to trick it into thinking the reel is still in use?

Can't remember how the wire unclips but make sure your battery is disconnected before unplugging just to be safe. And just unplug your seat belt wire underneath your seat too and you should be good to go. It's been awhile since I did mine so can't help much since I don't remember. And if it does throw the light for some reason, you can always jump the circuit . Basically like putting a paper clip into the two wire (bridging it) but actually wire it haha

Well i couldnt figure out how to get the plug off the reel so i ended up just cutting the wires. i will splice them back together if i ever need to, or put them together to stop SRS light.

I take it the wire that runs to the seat belt latch has a plug to it under the seat?
(i didnt get that far last night)
