Tcase fluid change

How do I go about changing the fluids in my Tcase?

There's a big screw on the bottom of the T-Case, this is to drain it. Then you undo the one on the side, get a funnel with long hose, put it in there, fill it until it starts overfilling or 0.68qt.

Car should have all wheels flat on the ground, not raised.

I usually would still ride it for couple miles and then top it off.

If you don't have a lift, then you have to lower it when filling it up.

Use OEM DiaQueen Gear Fluid

You most likely won't be able to fill it all in one go, it'll start overfilling well before you've got the right quantity in. When it starts overflowing, take a 10 minute break or so to let the oil make it's way through the gears, etc, then start filling again.

Keep filling it and waiting 10mins as said above until you truely cannot fit anymore fluid in the case. Every transfer case will give a false full reading and you might think it's full but it's not. I think I filled and waited a few minutes 4-5 times before it was actually full and no more fluid could be stuffed inside.

100% correct

That write up however has you making some ****tarted concoction to fill the TC through the drain hole. Waste of time

+1. I checked myself a few days after having filled my tcase using the OMG MUCH DANGEROUS method and it was perfectly filled.
