Only in that movie can that Veilside FD be pulled off.

Nope, the kid would have been at fault in NY, mostly to make such issues simpler to put in a police report. Also the Hyundai has a better vantage point, a better view of the situation, so they have a higher responsibility for avoiding a collision, despite right of way.

Just saw the AD during superbowl. Was like "**** yeah, an evo!". Then was like "****, they meant to portray it in a negative way..." Glad to see it either way

In florida I am pretty sure the Evo wouldn't be the "at fault" driver, even though florida is a so called "no fault" state

From what I've heard, anyone that rear ends anyone else, regardless of reason, is at fault (in PA). So the evo is all clear. Maybe can get that JDM bumper if the insurance payout is enough... Or can go th "My neck, my neck hurts!!" approach lol!

I know that evo

I totally know that car! Well at least I used to know who owned it about 7 years ago. I am assuming there would be no other EVO with that paint job. If it is the same car its from Washington state, but my memory seems to fail me because I cannot remember the owners last name. Wish I could see if he still owns it. Good thing my memory didn't fail me remembering my username and password for this site!

Kind confused why they picked an Evo as well. Would have gotten the same point with a more well-known car.
