Erratic UEGO readings
Hello I am having some really erratic readings coming from my WB, when I first start the car its fine however within 10 seconds of starting the gauge will peg lean with a random pegged rich spot. I am going to double check the harness but what I wanted to check with you guys is could a ground issue cause the erratic readings that I am getting?
Also the cold/hot knob on the climate control is the white piece that the actual knob pushes into replaceable or does the entire unit need replaced?

Is the afr reading erratic when you normally drive? I.E steady throttle/cruising? If it's steady in that situation then you're fine.
You have to buy the whole kit, sucks man, it's gonna be a few hundred.

How is your sensor mounted? How is it clocked? If it is in a position where moisture from could contact the end of the plug in the exhaust system that can ruin it pretty quick.

It has only seen pump gas so unless I am getting some really good pump gas shouldn't be a leaded gas issue.
The sensor is mounted at the 9 or 3 oclock position(depending on how you look at the downpipe).
It is mounted in a DC sports downpipe its maybe 24inches or so from the turbo, its closer to the cat back flange though for sure.

I have this same issue going on right now. We installed a brand new o2 sensor since the old one was too melded to remove during build. My builder is having me get the old one free to install and verify if it's the sensor. The cable on mine is pretty tight since the o2 housing is in the 6 o clock position - wondering if this might be the cause.

Im going to take a close look at the wiring to make sure nothing melted. After that I am thinking it would have to be an exhaust leak which is entirely possible due to using a DC sports downpipe on a agency power T3 manifold/o2 housing and it not lining up perfect.
Can't use the bike right now since its colder than **** in the morning when I leave for work, annnd I dumped the bike a few months back thanks to a freak snow storm that came up when I was enroute to work.
