Fuel Pump Relay

How do I turn the motor over without adding fuel? My Evo hasn't ran in over 2 years, and I'm trying to circulate the oil throughout the engine before I actually fire her up. What is the easiest way to do this?

Remove the spark plugs and spin the crank with 1/2" hand tool.

I've never done it on an evo, likely to throw a code if it works but I've certainly cranked an engine over with the injectors unplugged.
