White smoke coming from the exhaust is usually related to a coolant issue. Does it smell like coolant from the exhaust pipe? I would do a block test to check for a defective cylinder head gasket.

I havent smelled the white smoke yet, but if it smells like coolant what would be wrong with it? And if it does not smell what else do you think it could be?

If the white smoke is consistant and it has the smell of coolant, it could be your headgasket. Monitor your coolant level and coolant temp and that can give you a better indication over the sniff test.
If it is headgasket its not a terribly hard job to complete if you got basic tools and free time. Consider an aftermarket headgasket and some ARP head studs while your in there.

Keep in mind that it is winter and you will get some white smoke till everything (including the exhaust pipe) comes up to temp. This can take a bit when its really cold. As everyone has mentioned, smell it to tell if its coolant.

You will want to have a compression test done. This will give a snapshot of the health of the head gasket and piston rings. Should be cheap ~ $50 bucks or buy the tool and do it yourself.

Depends on future goal though as well. If you're only pushing sub 25psi I wouldnt bother with H11s
