To me this has been an ongoing spiral of dare I or not.
Ebay can have some decent products, but generally seem to be a waste of money. The product in the picture may be a good part, but how do you know it is quality, as pictured, not full of metallurgical defects impurities and that it is 100% compatible?> Some top companies spend countless hours designing, molding, creating these parts to work and fit as they should, but you pay for their research and development and so you should, then some "ebay" companies knock them off and possibly degrade the product and sell it at a substantial "savings" and basically kill the original companies sale. Will it work? Maybe, that's a gamble for sure, and at what cost? I love cost effective parts, and have a few ebay parts for my own. But Turbo and mechanical parts and electrical parts I always stick to genuine.
Think about how much your car cost? Now would you really be saving money if that part fails? Or you mount it up and seems good then heat soaks and it changes shape and destroys your turbine shaft maybe even worse. Just my .02
